Brand Bravery in Pivotal Moments

An Arnold BrandUP Event

Panelists & Event Details Coming Soon

Join us for our panel on Brand Bravery & Allyship,
brought to you by our annual BrandUP study.

Arnold conducts an annual study, BrandUP, which explores the drivers of connection between brands and their customers. The study itself reveals a variety of insights – among them the growing demand for consistency and authenticity from brands. Customers' expectations are rising and many brands are unsure about how to meet them.

Meanwhile, society is becoming increasingly polarized. Despite growing recognition and familiarity with DEI&B needs, communities are threatened by cultural divides, legislation and lack of support. Brands too are at a crossroads – many don’t know how to signal support in ways that feel authentic and meaningful. Coming out of Pride month, many brands are wondering how to forge long term connections with communities that last beyond a specific initiative – and the LGBTQIA+ community is looking for year round allies.

Join Arnold for our panel, inspired by this year’s BrandUP study, to explore intersection of brands and social impact – and specifically to understand how brands can and should authentically connect with the LGBTQIA+ community.

Attendees will learn when and where Brand Bravery pays off, and how to connect on both a personal and universal level with their customers.
